Construction of a sewage pumping station with pressure channels and a waste water sewerage along with network sections - Warsaw
On 25 October 2018, IDS-BUD S.A. concluded an agreement to perform the task: “Construction of a sewage pumping station with pressure channels and a waste water sewerage along with network sections in Chlubna and Skierdowska streets as well as in the access roads in the Białołęka District, Warsaw”.
The Investor is Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in the capital city of Warsaw S.A.
The scope of the investment includes:
1. Completion of STAGE I Preparation of the design documentation:
a) P1 sewage pumping station with a capacity of 23.9 litres/second along with 2 x DN 225x13.4 mm Lca 600 m pressure pipes on the section from the P1 pumping station to the existing DN 200 mm pressure pipe in Deseniowa street in the Białołęka District, Warsaw,
b) DN 200/300 mm Lca 1600 m waste water sewerage network in Skierdowska street on the section between the property in Skierdowska street no. 4 and Chlubna street, in Chlubna street on the section from Skierdowska street to Deseniowa street and in the access roads of Chlubna street on the registered plot or land no. 79, 85 and 44/7, 61/3, 62/4, 72/3, 72/4 from the 4-02-26 area in the Białołęka-District, Warsaw along with the network sections from the street channel to the property boarder in the Białołęka-District, Warsaw as well as obtaining of the necessary administrative construction permits for the above mentioned network.
Obtaining of the necessary construction permit decisions or effectively notifying about construction works for the investment which is a part of the above mentioned project.
2. Completion of STAGE II Construction of the P1 sewage pumping station along with pressure pipes and a DN 200/300 mm waste water sewerage network in Skierdowska and Chlubna streets and in the access roads of Chlubna street along with network section from the street channel to the property boarder in the Białołęka-District, Warsaw, on the basis of documentation and permits obtained upon in the course of STAGE I.
Time for completion:
Stage I – within 40 weeks from the Agreement conclusion date
Stage II – within 50 weeks from the date of signature of the Documentation handover protocol.
